If I can create the Loving ZEN Energy to gift someone with a smile or laugh in their day, it becomes a gift for me too! I always say: To Give is To Receive. We all need Love & Love is all you need! A favorite song of mine by The Beatles is “All You Need Is Love”. This song was created as an international message of love, that could be easily understood by people of different nations. It reflected the feeling of the youth during the Summer of Love in 1967.

Zen Weekly 7 – April 23 – 29, 2019 ~ Inspiration

I have been doing this daily word exercise for a few years. It has been fun to sort them by date and read them on a monthly basis. It gives me an overview of my mood and intentions that were carried out for the month. I share this in hopes that you may be inspired to create your own daily rituals that will enhance your mood and mindset for the day. It was quite a week! I noticed I used the word “Compassion” twice! Last Monday at the horrific news of the Notre Dame Cathedral devastating fire. And I used it today in honor of the tragic news in Sri Lanka. Sending Loving-Kindness and Compassion to all those who are suffering on our planet Earth. And lastly in honor of today being Earth Day, I used the word Compassion ~ may we all honor, preserve and respect our planet for it’s future survival.

Zen in the Art of Taxes!
It’s that time of year AGAIN! We all know the famous quote by Benjamin Franklin: “In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes”! Today is the day for me to dive into this life certainty! I call it my “Zen in the Art of Taxes” Day! I am sharing one of my original paintings created in 2011 entitled: “Zen in the Art of Accounting”! I have this painting hanging in my office as a ZENFUL Inspirational Daily Reminder, that I will always have Prosperity & Abundance doing what I Love!
